Plug and Play/SAE International: Shaping the Connected Future

Plug & Play and SAE International are joining forces on a new Meet Up event to accelerate the advancing technology that is connecting our world and to inspire the diverse, STEM-fluent future innovators of tomorrow. Topics cover the spectrum from 21st century mobility and smart cities to digital transformation and the future workforce. The program includes presentations from 2-3 technology leaders followed by an interactive panel discussion with Q&A on topics to facilitate cross-industry collaboration and innovation. Connect with leaders in technology across the continuum of industries working to change the world. Join us to network (over food and refreshments) and enjoy the program highlighting the emerging technologies that will change life as we know it today.

Learn about the mission of the SAE Foundation to encourage and increase student participation and achievement in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Experience innovation and engineering design through the eyes of a student with the:

• Award-winning SAE A World In Motion® (AWIM) program (K-8)

• Pre-K program to engage the youngest learners

• Collegiate Design Series (CDS) competitions that connect textbook theory to hands-on, engineering design experience
